You might have caught my recent video sharing the exciting news that we’re working with Huggies wipes this year. I thought I’d take the opportunity to share a little more about our experience so far and why we’re so happy to be on team Huggies.

Huggies got in touch a few months ago to give me some info about how pure and gentle their wipes are. I have to admit I was a bit surprised to learn that they only use natural fibres and water to make their wipes. It’s not that I didn’t think Huggies were high quality it’s just that I assumed it was mostly ‘new’ brands who were very focussed on the natural aspect. I hope that makes sense!

As part of our brand ambassador experience we received a ‘little box of nature’ in the post. You can check out my video below – please be kind! If you’d like to stay updated on our Huggies adventures be sure to subscribe.

So as I said Huggies wipes are really gentle-  they’re made of 99% water, only use natural fibres and have no nasties such as alcohol, phenoxyethanol or parabens.

This kinds of thing is really important to me as Luisa has very delicate skin. She might not be a newborn anymore but she’s extremely sensitive to perfumes and chemicals. I only use very gentle products in the bath and to wash her clothes so it’s a no brainer to extend this to her wipes too.

One of the great things about working with Huggies is that they’ve given us access to their experts. Over the next few weeks I’m going to be learning more about baby massage and baby yoga. Baby massage is something I loved doing with Luisa in the early days but now that she’s more mobile it can be difficult to keep her interested. I’ll be sharing what I’ve learnt very soon and hopefully Luisa will be keen to star in my next video.
