I’m sure you can tell by now I have a bit of a problem with baby clothes. I love every aspect of little peoples fashion from shopping on the high-street to browsing online finding boutique brands and supporting small businesses. So when Rockin’ Baby got in touch to see if we wanted to try out their new Summer collection of course I accepted.

Until now all I knew about Rockin’ Baby was that they are an American brand who sell very cool baby carriers and slings. Already being a fan of their fun prints I was excited to see what the clothing collection was like.

Luisa was sent a selection of items from the Summer collection in sizes 12-18 and 18-24. She hasn’t worn them all yet as some are too big but what she has tried I absolutely love. The quality of the clothes was apparent as soon as I opened them. You know yourself when you feel that super-soft, thick and yet light luxurious fabric – is there anything better!? I told you I was a baby clothes addict…

Anyway, the clothes really are beautiful and very practical. The t-shirts have discreet poppers, making changing less of a nightmare, and the crawler leggings have ample space for a cloth bum.

What I didn’t realise was that Rockin’ Baby are fiercely passionate about their charitable work. They’ve worked with ChildFund International from day 1 donating slings to women in Haiti & Kenya on a one-for-one basis. This means that for every sling or baby carrier sold one is donated.

With the launch of their new Summer collection they’ve expanded this programme to donate clothing, again on a one-for-one basis, to needy children around the world. I think this is amazing and it would certainly encourage me to shop with them in the future. Not only will I know that stunning clothes are on the way but I can have that awesome feeling that comes with knowing you’ve done something good. Brucey bonus!

One of my favourite pieces we were sent is the spotty Chloe dress. I love the frilly sleeves and matching pants which are great for a crawling baby. I feel like it’s the little details like the blue piping and cute pocket that really make the dress. It’s extremely soft cotton and a lovely cut which will mean it lasts a long time. When Luisa is taller she’ll be able to wear it with leggings.

Given that Rockin’ Baby make such lovely quality clothes in fun bright designs & an impressive charitable programme I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The clothes are certainly premium quality & I think they’re reasonably priced with pieces from £10. I’ll definitely be picking up some bits for Lu soon – I’ve got my eye on the Elmer style leggings.
